COMMISSIONXCHANGE ACTIVELY monitors
traffic for Fraud. If we detect Fraud, your account will be made inactive
pending further investigation.
All web sites, newsletters, companies, or individuals need
official approval from CommissionXchange; before they can become an (Affiliate,
Publisher Partner). Only web sites and newsletters that have been reviewed and
approved are permitted to use the programs. COMMISSIONXCHANGE. reserves
the right to withhold or refuse approval on any web site, newsletter, company,
or individual for any reason, whatsoever. We further reserve the right to terminate
accounts if there have been substantial changes to the approved website or
newsletter. Accounts are not
transferable and basic tax information such as the owner of record, Social
Security or Employer Identification Numbers may not be changed. The official country of record for an account
can only be changed on a case by case basis.
The official country of record must match the IP of the user that
creates the account.
In order to be eligible for "Leads Program"
(Affiliate, Publisher, Partner) approval, all web sites and newsletters must
meet the following criteria:

Be content-based, not simply a list of links or advertisements,
nor can the site be centered around making money off of our Advertisers
·
Be written in English and contain only English language content
·
Exception to English only rule is granted for Offers Clearly
marked as International.
·
Have a top-level name, sub domains may
be entered as secondary sites if they match the domain of the primary site.
·
Most incentive sites are welcome to join after complete
review. Based on Merchant guidelines
sites that offer incentives to users to click on ads may be limited in which
campaigns they can join; incentives include but are not limited to awarding
them cash, points, prizes, contest entries, etc.

If your Site/Newsletter awards incentives, you are responsible
for observing and following all Advertiser restrictions relates to such
offers. Failure to maintain these
restrictions could result in closure of account and forfeiture of all accrued
monies.

If you use E-mail as a delivery vehicle there are certain
restrictions.
1.
You must limit this activity to campaigns that allow e-mail
distribution.
2.
You must either use only contextual links in your e-mails or you
must host the banner images on your own server.
a.
Failure to follow either of the above can result in closure of
account and forfeiture of all accrued monies.
b.
Failure to follow rule 2 will result in a reduction of your balance due
to cover excessive bandwidth costs.

Be fully functional at all levels; no "under
construction" sites or sections
·
Spawning process pop-ups and exit pop-ups are prohibited for
click approved affiliates
·
The content of the web site and/or newsletter cannot contain any
adult content nor link from, or to, any adult materials including but not
limited to:

Explicit, vulgar or obscene language
o
Posting or referencing of sexually explicit images or other
offensive content
o
Promotion of adult services, such as phone sex or escort
services
o
The content of the web site and/or newsletter cannot infringe on
any personal, intellectual property or copyrights including but not limited to:
o
Racial, ethnic, political, hate-mongering or otherwise
objectionable content
o
Investment, money-making opportunities or advice not permitted
under law
o
Gratuitous violence or profanity
o
Material that defames, abuses, or threatens physical harm to
others or to you
